letuspey Registered: April 2007 Posts: 364	While my wife and daughters went to Inverness to try to catch a glimpse of Nessie, I went to the Dee to try to catch an Atlantic salmon. The odds were about the same. This is at Banchory, about 15 miles upstream of Aberdeen.

Very cool. What tackle did you use?

My guide was Ian Neale, and the tackle was one of his spey rods. I didn't cast it very well.
